Chantal Couture has had a passion for fashion and second-hand since the ‘80s. In 2014, Frock was acquired by Funktional Gifts Inc. The store quickly grew to become Frock & Fellow in 2017, taking the curated consignment scene in Kelowna by storm.
Frock places in several ‘Best of Kelowna’ categories year after year. As of spring 2026, we hold gold for Best Thrift/Second-Hand Store and bronze for Best Men’s Clothing and Best Women’s Clothing, respectively.
Today, Frock & Fellow is a fixture on Bernard Ave, mixing vintage, current & classic stylings. Our talented team of stylists are waiting to meet you!

How our consignment works
We accept consignment by appointment ONLY. Available spots can be found under the ‘BOOK WITH US’ tab. If no appointments are available there, then we are fully booked.
Appointments run Wednesdays-Saturdays, from 10am-11:45am, in 15-minute increments.
Fall appointments will be available to book at 10am on Tues, Jul 21st.
Step 1
Review our consignment policy before booking in through our booking calendar.
Bring in no more than 30 items at a time—items must be freshly laundered, free of pet hair and in-season. Please bring items in a reusable bag, box, or bin; we prefer you not to use hangers!
Step 2
We'll go through the items and choose what we feel will work best in our store.
We love funky, fun, and classics with a twist! What we're not looking for:
Fast fashion brands such as Shien, Urban Planet, Forever21 etc.
Intimates or swimwear
Jewelry
We price items from 1/3 to 1/2 of its value or retail, depending on their current condition
Step 3
40% of the selling price goes onto your account once items sell
Use your credit in-store and receive a 10% discount on your purchase (excludes gift card purchases, and vendor items.)
OR get cash for balances of $30 or less. Anything over $30, we write a cheque in-store
E-transfer is also available for balances of $50 and up.
After 3 months on the salesfloor, any unsold items are donated to the Kelowna Women's Shelter thrift store. Exceptions for returns on luxury/investment apparel ($400+ original price point)

Go to BOOK WITH US to see any available appointments :) We will start booking appointments for Fall apparel, footwear, and accessories on Tues, Jul 21st. We take jeans and workout wear all year long!

Appointments typically take no longer than 15-minutes, especially if our limit of 30-items/time is respected. Feel free to grab a coffee and come back!

We don’t keep a cancellation list, but all available spots are visible in our appointment calendar (‘BOOK WITH US’ tab). If available, you can book yourself in (one appt/month) or re-schedule as needed!

Call, email, or pop in and give us your name. We typically verify that we have the correct account by phone number. From there we can tell you anything you want to know (your balance, how many items are left to sell, etc.)

The only brands we don’t take are fast-fashion labels with a low resale value. These include—but are not limited to—Shein, Zaful, Urban Planet, Forever 21, Ardene, etc.

No. We are a true consignment space. You only make money once your items sell.

We’re not accepting any walk-ins or emailed pictures of items at this time. We are receiving a lot of great stuff through our regular appointments. Thank you for your understanding!

The short answer is no. After 2-3 months on the sales floor, any of your items that haven’t sold will be donated to the Kelowna Women’s Shelter Thrift Store (or a similar charity). The only exception we make is for luxury/investment items with an original value of $400 and up. Let us know at your appointment if you bring apparel in that price-range, and we can arrange a return if desired.

You make 40% of the final selling price for each of your items.
Plus we now offer a 10% discount on your purchase if you use your credit in store! This excludes purchases of gift cards and specific vendor items (i.e. Mister We are the Weirdos tees).

We don’t have a dedicated section because our stock fluctuates depending on what our consignors bring us! We have started putting black baubles on the hangers of items that are XL and above :)
